dur ;) don't know why i didn't think of that in the first place! i do have two questions: 1) it translated one ingredient to "plain bread spread", so just butter? and 2) how much is a package of cream of tartar? thanks :)

and i have looked it up, apparently they sell it at the pharmacy, but it's definitely an uncommon candy. people here are just obsessed with hershey's, i suppose ;)

Uuuhh... Plain bread spread SHOULD be something like Nutella (just in a darker version, if you can get).
And Tartar?? Where did you translate this part? :D I think, this should be the part with the baking powder (= Weinsteinbackpulver). You could take the normal one, 1 tsp is ok.. :)

And of course you can decorate the cupcake with any other sweet. But it should contain hazelnut, caramel and chocolate. ;)
